Round Rock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Round Rock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Have been a Regular for over 2 Years, and usually I don’t try to go out of the way to write a bad review. I’ve frequently had been a regular till last month, ordering delivery & picking up. Service: 5.4/10 Recent service & quality control has not been up to snuff delivery wise.. I’ll pay for extra Protein add-ons (@ $1.99ea); and not receive the extra scoop, or topping for my order. It’d be fine if it wasn’t the fourth time it’s happen. With no heads-up or communication. Quality/Taste: 6/10 The Classic Poke tastes good, but the consistency in taste isn’t there. - Crab Salad will lack/missing mayo - Poke seemingly past the expiration (got food poisoning) - Missing whole items Presentation: 7/10 Food is placed in an appropriate container, nothing to deduct points on. Food is mostly packed neatly, could use improvement on following customer requests. (Sauce on Side, extra Utensils, Napkins, Etc) Summary: Poke House has missed the mark recently, and seeming lacks accountability on quality assurance. if you’re planning on eating here, Order in person or somewhere else. They’ve lose my business & trust.

I haven't been here for about a year, as I'm rarely in the area. I was there today and was surprised at how much the food quality has decreased. Everything *looked* fine, but certain ingredients did not taste fresh. This is a big change from my last visit. Everything was fresh and delicious last time. Today I had the regular salmon. It was not aged to the point that it should have been thrown away, but it was close. I ate a couple questionable pieces (by taste, not appearance) and then left several other pieces uneaten. The pineapple is a shade of yellow that looks fake / dyed. I took one bite and spit it out. It was not rotten, it just tasted awful. The cucumber looked fine but tasted old. I do not put spice or a bunch of sauce on my bowls because I want to taste the ingredients. I don't trust the freshness anymore, so I won't be going back to this location.

Fantastic. Generous portions and our food was ready so fast. Taste was fantastic and I love all of the available customizations. Much better than any comparable poke place I have tried. I got the 50/50 with salmon and shrimp and tons of toppings.

I got toooo excited when I saw this place and have been craving to try it! Service was amazing as soon as I walked in the door. I just started asking so many questions, and I was wondering how much I could add, knowing I wanted to limit myself but didn’t hehe. I’ve really been enjoying salmon lately, and the seasonal flavor choices for both were soooo delicious, with all the veggies. Also, there were more choices of sauces like stoppp I must try lol spicy house, garlic miso YUMMM, and last but not least if you know me you know I’m a Hot Cheeto girl and was able to have a toppings flakes! Stole my heart! Must come back and try more and the place was super clean and the ambience was nice if I decide to come back and dine in.

First time trying Poke (πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…) and we decided to visit Pole House at Round Rock. It took us a few minutes to get familiar with the process but once that was sorted out, it was pretty fast getting orders ready. I tried the regular size Poke that consisted of two proteins; then I topped it up with Mix-ins (Corn, Crab salad, Cilantro, Cucumber, and Red cabbage), followed by Spicy House sauce, and finally topped with shredded Nori. It definitely had the fresh tasting that I read through reviews; the portion was decent which I think was fairly priced. Overall I enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back to try different combinations.
